Oesa was the first bespoke consultancy to start advising hedge funds on their trading and counterparty documentation. It was set up at the request of several investment managers who were fed up with long, protracted legal negotiations that inhibited trading. Oesa remains very popular and competitive and still provides the same down to earth advice it did when it was established.  

Through our work we constantly strive to achieve the best results for our clients in a timely manner, with our expertise and all-inclusive fixed fees allowing for efficiencies in costs, whilst at all times preserving the clients’ relationships with their banks, brokers and other trading counterparts. This is a key component to our offering as it is very important that there is a commercial and working relationship between the parties once the negotiations are complete.
